Biography
Rukshana joined the University in 2017 and through TSS she worked at the Department of Physiology, Anatomy & Genetics and Continuing Education. She then went on to work for the Department of Social Policy & Intervention and did a secondment at Biology and Engineering Science before moving into a permanent HR Officer role at EngSci in June 2025. Rukshana is an experienced HR Officer with over 25 years of expertise in recruitment, early careers, and human resources. She began her career in agency recruitment before moving into the professional services and banking sectors, where she has held roles at leading organisations including KPMG, Deloitte, HSBC, Standard Chartered Bank, Transport for London and Costain.
